    Leaked ceiling repair!!!

    Got a couple of ceilings to skim next week. Problem is one of them has had a leak above and water has come through and in the past when ive done this the plaster bubbles sort of and comes away. Can you skim over wet damaged ceilings but since dried out board or not? cheers for any help lads
