Correct baddy, rend-aid all day long for me.

I can't understand why on earth a plasterer would put bonding onto a pattern as slim as that, a quick scrape for any big lumps, pva or gypbond (blue grit) and skimming over should of been straight forward job.

Weber and k rend both make rend-aid, we use either and both works great.

Rend aid is best option, only £15 a bag and spreads like finish.

I think it all depends how you work the job, for top coat in a mornin we start at 7 with accelerator and it's ready for scratching at 3 otherwise spread last job in afternoon with no accelerator and hope it's ok for scratch next morning. Be careful how you choose as we've found you get diff...
