Can you dot and dab Green Moisture boards like Knauf Moistureshield, Gyproc Moisture Resistant? its on a pissed stone wall so if i can avoid framing i'll be a happy man.
we wet dash all the time on council property, We use bagged 6mm limestone in a 3 stone, 2 sand, 1 cement mix, mix a large batch in two baths, lay on full wall and start harling. its messy work and tidying up takes ages but we get a nice finish,
Not as messy as Sbr and you don't have to hit this when its tacky and I bet it costs about the same for the M2 . Like I say we used it in a gable and it was nectar, using it next week on internal floating.
Used this stuff on a gable end on Tuesday and it's quality gear! It's new version of plasprime that can be used externally as a key! It's £40 + vat but worth it as Eliminates sbr slurry! Put it on day before u hit and away u go!
PLASPRIME X
put a core vent in. core out 4'' hole and shove sleeve in. lovered vent internally and weathered sleeve externally. drill pilot hole from internal wall then core from outside to limit dust. problem solved.
Helpful as usual eh? Don't put it on to thick, about 10-15mm is ample, use a feather edge or darby to straighten up, fill in hollows as u say and when it's pulled in enough rub up with wood or poly float and then sponge to finish if external or use a devil float if internal for key to skim later...
