    Same as said earlier by others wait until it's dried out and painted. That will tell u if it's actually bad?

    That looks like it's been tapped with a stiff brush? The external chaps will have the real answer

    @PlasterCraftDundee I did a job the other day that sounds the same, Was told it had been shellacked. The decorator said he tried for about 5 days to get it off, it didn't budge. We used finish (pva'd first) and a tiny bit bubbled but went in a treat, bit greasy towards the end of the sets but...

I've seen one video on YouTube of some geezer from the states called kirk giordano he's seems to do all the types? He cracks me up! Shame the building game over there doesn't push solid...
