not looking foreword to the artex ceiling as costumer has expensive wall paper which has to stay spotless guess i have to poly sheet the walls up and again next day

hi people im new to the forum and i would like to start with this. Iv just got some of that blue grit and plan to use it on my next 2 jobs for no reason other than i want to use something different to pva one is a artex ceiling and the other is over old plaster ive just had a go in my spear room...

i had someone complain some marks on the ceiling and all it really was was a few water marks it went until it was painted i got a phone call to say they were sorry i guess if some people have never seen a freshly plastered ceiling they might think the worst.

cool im going to try go round there the night before then never had a problem with pva just fancied a change. Does it hold it back or times same as pva ?

dont you have to put it on the day before dont realy want to do two trips

iv got the same problem had it for 6 months but in my knuckles are yours worse when its cold

i agree it dont take 5 mins to sling some dust sheets down even if the customer tells you they are renewing em . but looking at that carpets it looks like in a right old mess before he started and looking at the state of the wood work and from what i can see the house is not the cleanest i...
