shes ok most the time, just when i get home from work for about 20 mins, as soon as sit my arse down shes there.wanting her head and belly rubbed lol. soppy as hell. scares the s@@t out of anyone that dont know her lol. last time she was weighed she was nearly 9 stone.

just out of interest, what render mixes and gauges do you guys use? anyone used SBR in thier render? im having to do the top coat of render on a large house, they did have a couple of guys doing it , but they royaly fxxxed up the areas that they topped. i hate going over other peoples work ...

i agree with this, i have seen the same, was due to not sealing the new plaster and the emulsion getting the life sucked out of it

im guessing the porch is open to the eliments thats why you wan a rendered ceiling. if you want a rendered ceiling you will need to pull down the plaster board, apply EML, prick it up using a render with an additive to reduce setting time and leave untill set, and then put the top coat render...
