    So. First rain today and there’s a few areas which will definitely go manky. So. I’ll give it a month and then seal. Can hardly hurt. Interesting to see there is still no conclusive answer.

    It was Silicone. It’s not rained since application a week ago so was thinking I should try to get it done before it ever sees rain but from what you’re saying giving it some time can’t hurt?

    Thanks for the prompt reply. Do I need to seal ASAP or can it be done whenever? So if it still looks ok in the spring for example?

    Hi all, I've been reading these boards for a while, so thanks for all your insight. I have a question to which I can't see a conclusive answer. We've just had our extension Rendered with K1, and I don't know if I should be sealing it or not. We are are in London so not massively exposed...
