are you guys saying all of the render must come off as in "whole " property!? or just the crack areas and where it's hollow?, i don't think i can afford to fully render the whole of the house ,even with the government green deal grant for ewi it's going to be 10k upwards.

Hi can anyone give me some advice on the best way to repair cracks on external render , ideally the property [3 bed detached]needs repainting but that cant be done until cracks are sealed/repaired, the house is over 100 yrs old, not sure when the render was done, probably at least 20yrs ago...
