How does a thread about levels turn into this!! I use Stanley fat max and use a rubber hammer for levelling. Anyone else?

Is there more of a board that is fixed with Metal lath in it and then highbuild onto? Sounds like it’s not so much as a plasterers job by who’s doing it!
