Hi.
Need expert advice, I purchased a townhouse in Spain 12 months ago, I had to have the living room and kitchen rendered from the ground up for just over a meter.
I know Spanish houses don't have damp courses but my problem is the render on the walls is ok but the paint is flaking in places and fluffy in places too.
It's not at the bottom, all of it is over half a meter up.
I've used a anti salt/ salpher on 1 wall to trial but still coming away.
Just wondering what your expert advice is ?

Ask the blokes that did the work what they think.
