Who's changed there minds on Brexit

Corbyn wants unlimited open border immigration !
It says how weak the opposition is, that they haven't cleared up against the Tories.
Any other opposition in history would have a 30 point lead over the Tories now but instead labour are languishing miles behind.

Immigration is a bit of a red herring for me.
we need immigration every stable country needs it, it's the ilk of the daily mail pandering Romanians etc coming over here claiming benefits etc I'm not saying it doesn't happen, but there's no mention of the high percentage of Romanians (particular near me) that work in the crop fields, that graft and pay tax, and that do jobs indigenous English people won't do.
It needs controlling better, but we still need immigration to thrieve.

Agreed, it needs controlling a he'll of a lot better. And those that have got in and are known threats to innocent Britsand are on watch lists need removing asap !

Don't think people thought it was going to be an immediate success , Nissan is a good example , if its not viable , move on and do something that is , same as farming , not profitable then why do it , false economy to blunder on at the tax payers expense
But if its profitable now whilst in the EU but not so when we leave then scrap farming etc
Immigration bleeding the system dry and breeding like rats is that not good enough reason ?
We've had the ability to control immigration for year but previous governments/ current chose not to do it. If you come here and can't support yourself after 3 months you can be sent back

I'm really torn at the moment if there was an election tomorrow,
I'm a working class fella from North Yorkshire,I've made a few quid and do alright,a socialist labour government (anti business in my view) would tax the shite out of me and penalise me as I'm a landlord aswell, who lives in one of the highest majority Tory seats in the country, so it makes no odds who I vote for, my area will always be Tory.
I can't vote labour for the above reasons, I'm not voting Tories a load of posh lads and clueless at the moment, and liberals...

Venting my anger? It did go my way initially I'm just saying I'm better I formed. I thought the thread was a valid question?. I'm entitled to have a different view like you are to have yours. Regardless what Ive posted the vote was the vote
If anyone is angry it's you calling other people with different options c**ts. And what's laughable is I've asked you numerous times to give what you see are the benefits of leaving and your still yet to come up with any
If u felt like like you were not 100% informed or hadnt had the reasons to convince and make up your mind in 2016 then why bother voting either way. If you're letting news programs change your mind you cant have had a solid reason to vote surely?

The only reason I voted leave was Boris's big bus. Gonna give £350m to the NHS. I wasnt bothered about the rest, immigration etc. We are all living longer and the mass majority of us rely on it at some point

I think a lot would've voted for this reason to be fair (and many for the immigration promises) which is why i think the vote would go the the other way if done again. Still, the absolute bias and panic in the media and politics should scream to everyone who voted leave, voted well ..coz they're all lying, self serving tw@s.

U bunch of f**k**g waffles.

Am gonna try simplify this scenario as tbh my brain can’t cope with some of it so I ask

Let’s take Aldi as an example do you really think if we leave without a deal all of a sudden they will stop sending lorries packed full of the food stocked on there shelves everyday, my gut feeling is not a chance they will stop or change anything one bit

Another vote I’d vote farage and a lot of people I talk to customers and generally folks I meet all say same , I’d even put a wager on a total land slide , think labour would be totally blown off the political landscape

Clearly it doesn't which is why they don't want us to leave. I'm thinking more locally with why I've changed my decision. Nissan employs thousands locally and 10% tariffs on WTO has to affect jobs. Plenty farming up here in Northumberland 40% on lamb 60% on beef exports. How many trade deals has the government negotiated so far?......... Zero. Leaving was supposed to be to our benefit and still no-one has mentioned a benefit to leaving.... Strange that
Mate the government can't negotiate new deals while we're still legally a member of the EU.

so you can't answer the question then?

we've had the referendum

leave or remain on ballot paper

leave won

remain (you) lost

after more than 3 years, time to pick your dummy back up Gobbo and move on
Look what question is it you want me to answer and I'll answer it?

Well said. He literally has no idea of a benefit. You can't really blame him for wanting a change, I'm assuming his life is a mess and he's been told it's all immigrants fault and unelected beurocrats and unfortunately he's bought it well and truly. I haven't heard a credible reason to leave in 3 years. They say take control of our laws, but then can't name a single law that the EU has implemented that the UK voted against and how it's effected the country negatively.

ffs i can't be fkin arsed with you anymore..... good luck with rest of your sad life being an enraged frothing leftie you'll need it
Just ask the question and I'll answer it instantly. You didn't have a question did you?

Far as I was aware the secretary for international trade when it was Liam Fox was supposed to be agreeing (in principle) trade deals in the event of a No deal and up until Liz Truss took over he hadn't done any. Maybe that's changed?

You're right, there's already several deals set up and more set up in principle if we leave with no deal.

Well in that case second referendum should have leave questions ....
as leave was result of first

Question
Leave with a deal
Leave without
He's just said people know more now, there's been 3 years of info. I don't remember a hard border in Ireland being mentioned once in the build up to the vote, Scotland will leave the UK if we leave the EU (you'll probably say good f**k them then) Ireland will probably leave the UK aswell. These things matter to people and weren't mentioned. If it's still the will of the people then so be it, but let's find out

Problem is, democracy is at stake here. Fair enough, there is more info available now as we have spent the last 36 months in constant debate. If that had been the case in the first instance, the vote turnout would have been negligible anyway. But,....we voted on the information we had, and we should leave. There.
After we have left there will be a period of settling in, but commerce will prevail and things will even out. Look at the fall of the Soviet Union............without that we wouldn’t have any Russian oligarchs now would we?..........”Brexit”.........English for opportunity.

A candidate for the brexit party said on national radio the economy would take a hit in the short term, when pressed on what short term meant she said 30years or so. And that's the party saying it's a good idea

I don't know why leave voters get so worked up about having a second vote, that they are so sure they will win.
Yes leave won the vote, but in light of 350million not going to the NHS a week, It having cost around 70billion so far, and immigration likely to increase rather than decrease people may have changed their minds. You say it is the will of the people but after the 3 years in politics we've just had how do we know that? The will of the people changes every general election so why not on a referendum?
If I'm wrong about the above and you're right then you win again and leave really is clearly the will of the people, so I don't see what you have to lose?
That's the most utter load of b*ll***s I.ve ever read on here . There was a vote . It was to leave . ITS THAT f**k**g SIMPLE.
the politicians who go against it just make their sens look f**k**g stupid . I can honestly say if the vote was to remain the people who voted to leave would accept it.
@stuart23 @zombie build that wall and send all f**k**g remainers up to scotland. Football season would never f**k**g end if rangers won it . Celtic fans would want it played again if celtic won it rangers fans would want it played again

Farage literally said he wouldn't accept it if the polls were right and it was 52% remain and 48% leave :risas2:
