I've just brought a house that has sandtex highbuild on the the front elevation is it possible to pva it and then use a terrlin gun

Don't see a problem with that! Just make sure the gun is secured

They kick back quite a lot tho

It steams of with a wallpaper steamer just as easy as wallpaper, half a day's work for your labourer
