Hi, thanks for admitting me to the group. We have a 40 yr old house which has has Tyrolean-style exterior rendering.For several years noted hairline cracks appearing, widest no more than 2/3 mm.Seems more this year. House has been painted using Sandtex Masonry paint.Decided this year to have the cracks filled and I did apply some clear silicon by hand in some of the cracks (no ladders). However my builder has filled the cracks with Toupret applying about 30 cm wide along the cracks. Have now painted but the line of the cracks is very visible and look awful. Any ideas how to rectify and try to remove the visible crack lines? Many thanks.
