Had eco rend on bungalow 3 years ago since then it still loosing a powder from the rend what could I use in the the form of a sealant as usual the people who did the job don’t want to know even though it carries a 5 year guarantee

Not sure how it’s still losing the surface 3 years on. Doesn’t sound right. Maybe they didn’t brush it down when it was finished. Still, bit weird.
