hello all
Just need some advice about using a meshed thin coat system over a painted house.
The house has a few fine cracks but the render is hard and solid.
Is there a product out there that will suit my needs.
And any good stabilizers or bonding agents to be recommended.
Also has anyone primed a painted house and sprayed a silicone 1.5 mm????

Take it you are talking about a thin coat system over exister render that is painted? Make sure the paint is clean?

Parex do a renovation render.. Good system!

From what I believe acrylic on lime render is no good??
Correct me if I'm wrong :cachetada:

Was thinking Jub jlm20 with mesh and 1.5 mm silicone
We use jub jlm and silicone 1.5mm on refurbs.

As said.above make sure substrate is sound and paint isnt flaky etc. Maybe a quick scabble first.
we have mushroom pinned our mesh coat aswell before which is an option

Maite isn't made to go over a painted surface.its a basecoat as is jlm20.if pinned back it will be ok though.
Parinter is lime based and is for a sound painted surface.
