We use transits remapped ,can't knock the good old tranny

What does remapped mean?

It is when you have the ECU re-mapped. Some do it for more power or more mpg or both. You can get your diesel particulate filter (DPF) removed and the exhaust gas recirculator (EGR) blanked off then get the ecu re-mapped not to look for it and send you into limp mode.

Tune boxes are similar and are plug and play but I think the re-map is the better option.
