Currently trying to renovate my house and looking at getting my walls plastered as most of them only have wallpaper on. Whilst taking it of there seems to be a cardboard like material glued to the board which is a night mare to get of. Just wanted advice on whether it all needs to come of before getting a plaster round. See photo for more info and all advice appreciated
