Hi, another little bit of advice regarding Monocouche render.
This time it's beading/finishing the render around where the garage flat roof meets the house:
It seems to me this will be awkward to bead around (especially so where the fascias are on the garage.
Flat roof needs replacing, along with fascias, and would usually be done first before render.
What would you pro renderers do here?
- Prefer flat roof is done first, then render as normal? or render first, then flat roof up under a drip bead?
- If flat roof is done first how would you bead around where the flat roof and fascia as per pictures? would you folow the line of the roof and then small return for fascia and then small return again to go down the wall?
