Whole house3 beds hall stairs and landing front room dining room and kitchen,

316 square metres / 15 angle beads.

I was thinking about £2700.00 all in./

Hi, price sounds about right, time wise all depends how fast you are? if you are working on your own? how clear the house is? if theres loads of crap in your way it all takes a bit longer. I can only speak for myself but on my own a 3 bed house takes about 8 -10 days but I work with another spread, and we usually do a 3 bed in 4 days if all is straight forward. But this is the building trade and nothing is ever straight forward :
