Just found this site, looking for some up dates on labour prices for scratch coats, renders and screeds.
Sadly my finisher has been forced into retirement by a slight stroke, after over 20 years with me.
I am now pricing using sub-contract finishers, who I will hopefull employ local to any future swimming pool contract for renders and screeds.
Generally our core business is high spec domestic swimming pool installations, baptisteries for all denominations and mosic fixing and mural work, with on going maintenance and equipment supply.
Looks a very useful place to come for information.
On the hobby front, I'm into pargeting, two colour lime render work and the like. Use Saint Astier material in France, believe you can get it here as well now.
