One thing is I require is a some good technical books, has anyone any suggestions on what is the best for someone with very limited experience.

Hi andrew,

Kirk Johnstone's Guide to plastering is a good read mate.
Not sure where they sell it though soz.

A guy called render systems is writing a book on plastering he's posted the first few chapters on here somewhere absolutly riviting reading

yes its a very accurate account of life starting off in the plastering industry, apparently you get all youre tools bought for you and you have someone else mixing up and you get all the time in the world to learn .....plastering great innit
