dot and dabbing on bradstone

hello people ive got a conservatory to do on bradstone going to dot and dab it but just wondering if i can get away with pva the bradstone and sticking it. will that stay on the wall or does it need a coat of bonding?

A bit of drywall adhesive and pva mixed to a paste and brushed on where your dabs are going on should be fine.
