Hiya can anyone give advice.
For the past few months notices some yellow damp marks on my walls, I assumed was maybe condensation due to the cold weather and not having the windows open. however this morning My carpet felt damp. Ive lifted it to find damp patches and black mould under my carpet.
I’ve added pictures below. This is against the outside wall however the floor is around 1.5 meters above ground? Not sure if rising damp or if the rendering outside is the issue?
Any ideas what could be causing it and who or what do we need to do to fix it?
