    "hello mate, added a wall to front of house, can you render it?"
    "certainly I'll pop by and take a look"

    "erm.....its not tied in to the building!"
    "oh yeah can you chuck a bit of eml over that gap"

    "can I get back to you on that."

    Just stuff the gap with newspaper and plaster up to it.

    Job's a good un. In the pub for three o'clock with a day's pay in your pocket.

    It's a movement joint. Just bang some silicone in it for building regs .

    Think we need a Bone Job section

    Stuff some old carrier bags in the gap to bulk it out then a bit if decorators filler and render over it.... simples.... cant see the issue myself
