In a good way or a bad way?!Iv been trying to think what to say about my one I won’t dare write a review yet as I’m emotionally f**k*d up with it
Both mate I will only use it on small in out jobs or at home. Some times I think it’s great other days I don’t see the point in it.In a good way or a bad way?!
Come on mate, spill the beans. LolIv been trying to think what to say about my one I won’t dare write a review yet as I’m emotionally f**k*d up with it
Yea if you don’t add any sand or cement to the water should be fine.Come on mate, spill the beans. Lol
Does it knock up sand & cement??
Lol It’s a pile of s**t then.Yea if you don’t add any sand or cement to the water should be fine.
Let's be honest even the less powerful corded mixers are only really any good for skimming. I really wouldn't expect a battery mixer to last long mixing dab or heavy materials even if it could initially.Yea if you don’t add any sand or cement to the water should be fine.
It not s**t but I can think of cheaper better options.Lol It’s a pile of s**t then.
True mate! It would be nice if it could cope with a trashing though.Let's be honest even the less powerful corded mixers are only really any good for skimming. I really wouldn't expect a battery mixer to last long mixing dab or heavy materials even if it could initially.
What do you use day to day instead of it mate.It not s**t but I can think of cheaper better options.
Cheaper than you got yours? It not s**t but I can think of cheaper better options.
Yea if some one steals it out my shed I think it would be classed cheaper than what I got it for?Cheaper than you got yours?
Collomix xo6 Highly recommend it if you do a lot of float/set and rendersWhat do you use day to day instead of it mate.
I think the dewalt would be dead in a week if I was dabbing. There will never be a battery mixer that can do drywall all day. Even the 1800w mains strain at times.
Lot of money for a skimmers mixer ain’t it.I think the dewalt would be dead in a week if I was dabbing.
It’s a lot of money for any sort of plastering you do. If your looking to upgrade and spend a lot less I’d get the collomix xo1 with big paddle. Or the metabo iv heard are good being cordless.Lot of money for a skimmers mixer ain’t it.
A dewalt mixer not the petrol one lolWhat spraying 2 stroke over mrs’s Jones Axminster yarn?
A dewalt mixer not the petrol one lol
I found the X01 could struggle a bit with dab...had x04 for about 18 months now and it's been Bob on, can mix 3 bags of dab ok and that's as far as I ever goIt’s a lot of money for any sort of plastering you do. I fancy getting an upgrade in the new year and it will probably be a toss up between the megamixer and the collomix mate. I want a mixer that will be able to knock up sand and cement in a bath or tubs for small jobs rather than getting the drum mixer out. Also to cope with 3-4 bags of dab at a time? Without screaming like a little girlie. LolIt’s a lot of money for any sort of plastering you do. If your looking to upgrade and spend a lot less I’d get the collomix xo1 with big paddle. Yes I found that but did the job I gave it to an old boy I no it’s still going after 5/6 years my 6 is about a year old now.I found the X01 could struggle a bit with dab...had x04 for about 18 months now and it's been Bob on, can mix 3 bags of dab ok and that's as far as I ever go
Both are good mate I prefer the collomix as it’s not as bulky as the mega mixer.I fancy getting an upgrade in the new year and it will probably be a toss up between the megamixer and the collomix mate. For the sake of the extra £100 should have had the x06...my X01 is still fine, snapped the cable on my normal mixer so was using it the other dayYes I found that but did the job I gave it to an old boy I no it’s still going after 5/6 years my 6 is about a year old now.
There all good mate when it 4 gets a bit old get the 6 and stick it on your expenses. For the sake of the extra £100 should have had the x06...my X01 is still fine, snapped the cable on my normal mixer so was using it the other day
That’s the same question I wanted to ask because on the refina website you can’t really see?Does megamixer have variable speed trigger
