Sorry, is that the worst that happened? Somebody nailed a cowboy hat to a wall he was going to render?
I had my shoes nailed to ceiling before

Hi I'm so glad I've found this site. I'm hoping you could give me some advice please.
I have a son who last year finished an eight week course to become a qualified plasterer. He'd been unemployed before that and never thought he would be able to get a trade. Anyway when he qualified I managed to get him a start on a building site but he only lasted four weeks because of the constant bullying from the other plasterers. It wasn't all of them but when he reported the bullying to a supervisor all of them blanked him afterwards and basically made it impossible for him to carry on. The two bullys who he first reported didn't even get dismissed but just put on a warning. Is this a common thing on a site or was he just unlucky? When he did the course he got on fine with everyone including his instructors. He hasn't bothered to try and find further work since and he isn't even receiving any benefits yet because it was his decision to leave. Could anyone give him start?
You gotta give as good as u get in this game he maybe confusing bullying with banter! !.
Were your feet still in them lol.I had my shoes nailed to ceiling before
same here in ireland ,8 weeks in, he's no plasterer just starting off ,he would be slaughtered with the banter plasterering here is a 4 year apprenticeship ,calling himself a qualified plasterer he's leaving himself wide open for some serious banter .truth is it's cruel but theres not a plasterer in the land that didn't cop a slagging at some point ,in the buildings you need a very tough skin
A very lucky woman, God she must count her blessings,,My mother is miles miles mikes away and I'm on my own two feet
Am 38 , two kids plus am disabled and I don't give up although it's hard to start the game when I was 36. Tell your son to man up
My mother is miles miles mikes away ....

About me I'm a single girl who's never been with a girl before but would very much like to experience it. I have a guy friend who would also like to share in on the action and we are ultimately looking for a nice looking, clean girl who is bi-curious and with whom we can have some fun. |
I ask Rob about it and he loved it. I can travel further afield if needs to be.

About me Looking for some casual fun with easygoing singles / playmates or couples. I’m a ‘try anything once’ open minded curvy girl with real GG boobs. I can be a little shy when I first meet people so I need people who know what they want but I’m not all sweet and innocent and definitely up for some new experiences, fun and games! Also interested in meeting single women and possibly couples along with a playmate of mine (he's confident, tall...and he dances...need I say more?) Were looking for someone for fun in the bedroom or at an adult party. Happy to meet for no pressure drinks first to see if we click. |

I think plastering is much tougher game as bricklaying can stop and go as you please
