adhesive spraying r&s?

am thinking about spraying the adhesive coat on a job over aquaboards at the mo. Will be in single phase with the xl hopefully running with no issues off site supply....what rotor & stator is best for this kind of work chaps? Am running a d42 as standard for mono, will this be ok in single phase(half speed) with maybe the speed set at half again?....or are we looking at a d43(which i have from when we sprayed topcoat)?? Also how long would you spray for before the Parex maite starts to bung up the machine?

maite can be left for ages in machine , sprayed it last week , left it in ritmo for over an hour no prob while we had grub

Did you just use your normal setup then merl?

yes mate we used the standard b4 R&S on the ritmo, we also had to spray ceilings with it as well. you want to get a splatter type pattern ober the boards , trowel and then lay in the mesh.

have used a d 4/3 with adhesives as well!
