Evening all Loving some of these replies @Marshy ;) I had tx from the plasterer today asking if any new cracks had formed. No more cracks so he thinks that part of the issue has settled. (He has put it down to movement) I think it’s a good sign he is being proactive in touching base with me so...

Yes he has messaged me and emailed and called me several times. I think he is embarrassed by the pictures I sent him

I have been very courteous and extremely diplomatic given the quality of his work. He has been receptive so I just have to go with it. Anger will come into it should he leave it in the original state He’ll have no fury like a women scorned :)

I hope so. Like I said he has apologised and said the pictures I’ve sent him are not acceptable.. He has to put it right surely
