Thanks ryan been thinking of getting a machine for a while, was leaning towards a ritmo from other peoples recommendations but cant make my mind up, a knauf rep mentioned you were bringing out a new machine called eze, which is better? would like a machine that could spray backing coats/ocr ect, skim finishes and monocouche renders and would need to be 110v as majority of my work is on sites. Any advice greatly appreciated. thanks

Hi Plastamasta,

The EZE 24 will spray anything up-to a 4mm grain size. At the moment it only sprays and doesn't mix. We are still designing a mixing unit for it. This should be available soon and can be attached on or taken off whenever you like. The EZE machine is 110v and only weighs 46kg so can be moved around easily. Will get these details over to you tomorrow with some more data, if you want to send me an e-mail with your number I can give you a call to talk through things as well. E-mail is: ryan@pftcentral.co.uk
Your more than welcome to come down for a demo on the machine as is anyone. All demos will be free of charge. Full training will be issued if you choose to hire or purchase and training is also free of charge if you choose to go down that route.

Look forward to hearing from you

Why are u still pft central if u don't sell pft machines?

For many reasons, we still sell used PFT, hire the machines, repair the machines, service them and sell all spare parts for them. We have been established as PFT Central for a long time now and it's well known. There is no real need to change it.

Nick, yes I am aware of this. I have noticed though how a lot of the 'unhappy' customers based on this site are very big fans of PFT Northern our competition. We as a company have no issues with any of our competition and would like a good working relationship with them. And potentially help each other out where possible.
Alongside this I would be more than happy to talk to these unhappy customers on the phone or in person and see how we can resolve these issues and how they actually came about. I think it would be unprofessional to discuss the reasons on here so would appreciate if I could be contacted personally regarding this.
Since I have worked for the company I can safely say that I have had no reports of unhappy customers. In fact, it has been quite the opposite.

As I said, I have joined the forum to promote our company but also help people out wherever possible.

Thanks,

Ryan Hill

as far as i am aware they became "fans" of pft northern after being either ripped off, overcharged, messed about or miss sold equipment by the infamous one himself

Nick, as I previously said I am happy to talk to these customers and sort out the problems where necessary. It wouldn't be professional to do it over the forum and also would be very hard as some people hide there full names.

There is a thing called 'Price wars' between competition, maybe PFT Northern lowered there prices a lot to gain the customers, which therefore made us look expensive. Our prices are all on our website, feel free to do a comparison.

How can you 'miss sell' equipment? There are data sheets, videos and a lot of information regarding the machines as to what they can and can't do. It would be impossible to 'miss sell' a machine!

You sound to me as though as you have had a personal experience of being 'overcharged'. A lot of the negative things regarding the 'infamous one' have come from you yourself.
If that is the case please provide me with appropriate invoice numbers where you feel you have been overcharged. My accounts department will raise appropriate credit note/ refund. Manufacturers prices always fluctuate as does the euro, some things get better, some get worse. That could be why certain things are cheaper now or more expensive

Ryan my mates just bought a g5 second hand what price are the generators ?

Hi Spunky,

As you probably know there are a few issues at the moment with generators. We hope are new ones which are 19 kVA and petrol will be available within the next 2 months. We will be making are own so will let you know nearer the time once we have got final manufacturing costs. I think they will be around the £2300.00 + VAT mark.

well thats cheaper than the one your old man charged me for a 13 kva one that pft northern were a grand cheaper for and a grand dearer for a g4 light

Which gene do you have? The Briggs and Stratton or Hondas from SJL we were selling at £1995.00 + VAT. We have been doing those for the past 2 years..... Prices are low now mate, and will stay that way but with quality goods and service.

nope iv had no personal experience of being overcharged. i have had personal experience of him tho and think hes an utter ****.

miss selling equpitment would be for example being called pft central and wanting a machine that will spray say finish coats aswell as backing coats only to be told that there is no machine that does it and infact you will need a m300 and a m100 plus a genny. thatll be 20k please.

or maybe when someone agrees to buy a monojet and when they arrive its a minijet. they say well hang on you said it was a monojet, oh no, theyre the same thing.....

so no it isnt impossible to miss sell equipment.

i also know of 2 jobs where your machines have been hired to and both times they were ****** and you had to take them back.

these amongst a long list of others

Nick, We are all allowed to have opinions. I think some of your views are quite inaccurate and the way they are put across is offensive, unprofessional and immature.

With regards to a machine spraying backing and finish.... Hardwall will only go through our 3 phase machines, basecoats and finish will go through the m100.

The hire's that you are referring to nobody at the company is aware of either!

Nick, I respect your views and am sure there is a way of dealing with this. I personally do not appreciate the choice of words you use to describe my father, and think its quite strange how you have to do this behind a forum. In normal business you send a complaint into the company which will be addressed you don't do it over the internet.

Hopefully you can meet me and see what i'm doing in the company and see if the relationship with the company can change.

sorry if i caused offense. probably not the best choice of words. i asked if u were aware that seeing as your on here to promote your company that you are aware that a lot of people didnt find you very helpful. unfortunatly your father does have quite a reputation. with regards to a machine that will pump a variety of materials. there are machines that will do it, but you just push mtec and slate all other machines. and if the mtec doesnt do all that is required, buy 2. i dont see im being immature or strange to explain on a forum when explaining the problems i know of. iv only asked as your infront of me, i have no interest in sending a complaint.

and with regards to the hires, not that i honestly can be bothered to argue the toss, but you are aware of both

Nick, one thing where many people have been misled about our company is saying we push m-tec. We sell m-tec, lancy, EZE and have sold utiform and PFT. We, until we stopped selling PFT would sell anyone whatever machine they want. If people asked for our opinion on which machine is best and the reasons we gave it to them honestly. We have never tried to mislead customers and given wrong information to push one type of machine. If we were only going to push the mtec range why would we sell others? It wouldn't make sense especially having to invest in machinery.

Hopefully we can clear up these issues that's why I have joined the forum and hopefully we can have a potential good working relationship as opposed to what we currently have.

Thanks

Nick all these problems your on about have they happened to you or just stories youve heard? If they have happened to you why didnt you take them up with the company and if you did what was the out come? I think ryan has explained himself fairly and yes ive heard about his dad but ive not dealt with him so its only what ive heard.

have to disagree again as when u sold pft, andy stood there telling me how the ritmo was s**t and didnt do what was said and it was a pointless machine etc, when i had used one and knew full well what it did and have since owned one, and was trying to sell me 2 machines instead as this was the only way to spray a variety, when there was a ritmo in stock and i wanted a ritmo but he insisted on demoing the mtecs. he just saying no thats a useless machine, you need one of these.

one with me, and a few people i know and work with, and people who no people i no. with me it was a few yrs back and i just went elsewhere as it was obvious he was trying to pull my pants down. i just find it irritating when someone wants to sell themselves and is now trying to tell me im immature and unprofessional for being critical because lots of people arnt happy with them. and i could list a good few people on here 2 who would agree

So you have not been ripped off, overcharged, messed about or miss sold equipment and have no interest in sending a complaint but like me you have heard stuff?

I have dealt with them, met andy,I would say he attempted to miss sell me stuff,I have been on 2 jobs with their hired machinery and know all that you know and probably more. What have you heard out of interest?

i take it? Ive heard the same stories your on about probably by the same people but ive never dealt with them or met the guy. Sounds like the same few stories are being bandied about now i wonder who started that off? The internet is available to everyone which means you can shop about and compare prices it doesnt mean coz ones dearer than the other or offers different advise they are conmen....................well appart from the guy who tried to sell me a computer screen last week, who said they were like rockinghorse s**t then found one in under 20 secs on his PC, fair enough he found it 10 seconds quicker than me grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr robbin *******....................see what i mean xxxxxx

so just for an example ryan, if a guy comes up who has asked for a monojet and is then told they have a second hand monojet in stock, then drives a few hundred miles to collect his monojet only to find its a minijet, and then when it comes to the training the guy who sold the monojet which is actually a minijet says we'll do the training with this here M300 ...cos there all the same to use ....thats not mis selling a machine ...in fairness he did get his deposit back but it still cost the guy a days money for 2 men plus his out of pocket expenses and his fuel...hmmm

tell andy i said hi
