Don't have a clue. f**k all for a while. My body is f**k*d. Back keeps going.

Keep active or your back will be f**k*d, I go the osteopaths every 8 week just to keep me in line and in work. I don’t do any other activities other than work for fear of f**k**g something up. There’s was nothing big and clever about carrying 2 blue boards as a kid that’s for sure.
