Lime Render - Is this repairable? Or renewal needed?

Hi,

Looking for a bit of advice please. I own a Victorian property that's had its original windows replaced at some point with weaker UPVC, which has caused the lintels to fail over time. These have shown up as cracks in the render and allow water to enter the property if the rain hits the front of it.

If I get the cracks repaired/strengthened using helifix rods, would it be possible to repair the lime render to something resembling the original finish or am I better off taking the lot off? I've attached a load of pictures. If you look closely there are cracks above/below each window opening and above the door. The windows to the left are the worst affected.

You should be able to repair those without taking it all off. Should be possible to inject the crack and fill the surface.

I have cracks in my lime plaster/render how do I fill these?
