Hello everyone.....first time poster here ![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
I've just bought a small timber framed cottage (dating to about 1650) which needs re-plastering throughout. I've had a quote from a local specialist but I'm not 100% sure on what he's quoted. He's suggested two coat thermalime traditional plaster consisting of NHL2 with crushed chalk with the addition of cork for thermal qualities. Does this sound like a suitable spec?
Can anyone recommend anyone to carry out Lime Plastering in Mid-Suffolk from personal experience? Also any guide on approximate rates would be appreciated, looking at 120m2 to walls only.
Thanks in advance.
