Yellow stains round angle beads ??

Hello lads, just skimmed kitchen and give it 2 coats of emulsion, yellow stain where beads are around the window keep appearing. Any suggestions ? And why is it there?

I've had it before, think it's oil on the beads. You'll need to paint over the patches with an oil based paint then paint as normal
