Have a job to price, have the labour costs priced OK but trying to figer out the materials is where I'm stuck.

Anyone know the rough ratios per sq mtr for sand, cement, lime for scratching and floating a wall. I've a 150m x 1.6 on 1 side and 150m x 2.4 on other side with 50 pillars to price for labour and materials and don't want to lose it by messing up the materials price.

Just order 50 tonne of sand 15 pallets of cement 5 boxes of fairy liquid 500 bell bead and 750 angle bead Dow bother with any lime or waterproofer, get the customer to pay for that you give them the labour cost and jobs a good [emoji106][emoji482]

In Ireland about 95% of plasterers don't supply materials. I think a ton of sand will do 40 square metres.

Kgreigh is about right but for a job that size, a lorry load of sand should do it, & be the cheapest way of buying it.
Cement id say about 130 bags.
Beads, waterproofer blah blah
