My dabbing trowel is cleaner than that.
That a all-round trowel . Can do everything except skim . I use it mainly for dotting . Scrapping floors, hammering nails, opening tins of paint.
I have to agree it is a mess. I start cleaning it then get board so tell my self to bi carb it at week end but never do
