Hi Guys,

Most of you will already know this, but we have already had a few guys caught out. So here is just a friendly reminder.

With the cold temperatures coming in, it is very important to drain all water from your hoses and pipes. Leave all your taps and valves open over night and even blow down them to ensure there is no water left.

If water is left over night and it freezes you could potentially break your Solenoid Value, Crack your Flow tube and even damage the Water Pump.

This is a very Important thing to do on all makes of machine.

If anyone needs any help on how to do this please feel free to give us a call.

Head above water just mate ,but i know we are all in the same game ,keep on swimming !!!

Also make sure you shake your flat brushes coz if you leave the water on them they can freeze and remove all PVA from the van this can also freeze but more importantly is make sure you dont leave your flask in the van overnight unless its emptied coz this can also freeze happy winter boys xxx

If for any reason you dont take my advise on the brushes and get into work and find your brush is frozen :RpS_wub: just get a kettle of hot water and pour over the brush but make sure you either fill your cup up or leave enough for a cup.

it is worth just blowing a bit of air through your G4 if it has a fitted water pump as the water line that sits just behind of the compressor is a pain to drain off
