No,only used the plastic film you paste on.

client provided some of this for us on a job recently, cant remember what it was called only that it was very expensive

How often do you see window panes destroyed by cleaning off builders/ site dust, the look sand papered, I have to warn my boys not to clean windows if the have no film on, some use sponge and newspaper creating sand paper,
