He is yes, but it comes down to resources. They haven't even managed to get tests for NHS staff, well only a handful of them.
Plus testing people from other countries is pretty pointless now the virus has well and truly taken hold here already

Rendered a little wall at mates renter. Got a load of left over concrete blocks and bricks, and a few other stuff that will all get used up on my house. Had an hour on my own house when i got back running a bit more pipework in.

It was floating on the water I held it with the digger and filled it with water, it's gone down another 3ft, should be ok now

Someone I know bought a big place with 12acres of land. Before he'd even started the renovation a gravel company came along and told him that there was 250'000 tonnes of prime gravel under some of the fields. He sells them the rights to extract.
Barely start the house renovation and a group of doctors come along and offer him daft money as they want to turn it into a care home. He sells it to them but as part of the deal he gets to do all the renovation/alteration works.
Talk about golden b*ll***s.

farmer near us been digging out a hill shale and rock for hardcore for his own use /got greedy thought he would start selling it to others that was 2~3 ago since he started council just been on to him they own any quarrying wrights they estimate he has removed 82000ton and he owes them £3.50 a ton good for the greed y c**t I say /I don't agree with changing the look of the country side
