Bubba never complained about that noose. It was the director of the race track who informed him of it and then reported it. Now, if you've seen the pictures of it , it would be hard to describe it as something else.
All that said, it was probably done by someone taking the p ish out of themselves or someone else ages ago and totally unrelated to Bubba.
