Hi there at the moment I'm using a flex 11o2 1250 w which has two speeds -slow and dead slow ,But now I'm doing a lot more refurb work skimming etc I've read a lot on here the 1800 watt mixers mix a bag/2 bags pretty quick or would most of you recommend a mm19/21 model ??

Are the Alfra mixers on par or better than the Refina range

Cheers, how long does it take to mix a bag of multi around a minute then ??
Yes, min and a bit depending on user, stupid labs can get 8 mins , I'd get the bigger whisk with it also

Sound ,Im self employed see, so anything that makes the job quicker and easier the better thanks for the help
