We used to buy folding plastic trestles from B&Q to hold our spot board for about £30. As for drill don't know. We have a big Refina megamixer and it packed in yesterday, just as we had flung 3 bags into big gorilla tub, had a back up drill something like one on screwfix and it could'nt cope with the mix. Instead of pulling Multi down into the water it was kinda pushing it up the way. By the time we got it smooth enough to get on wall we did'nt have much time with it as it had been over mixed. Bloody hard work! Anyway best advice if you can afford it buy the Refina, you get what you pay for.

yeh i bought the twister to replace my old freud thing...
wouldnt recommend it for 2 reasons....
1. if you got wet hands you're likely to get f''kin electrocuted..theres no waterproofing over the switch/trigger, it doesnt lock off very well either...
2.the paddle you get with it aint big enough, im still usin it but its a nightmare on a 2 bag mix, overmixes a bit and you gotta be bloody quick...
other than that its got the bollox, maybe buy another paddle but if youre in a rush knockin up 2nd mix with wet hands you cant go near the bloody thing...i had to wrap a dry sponge round the handle the other week cos it kept shockin me every time i even touched the trigger....
youd think the people who design these bloody things would have thought of that, but no...idiots...

you should be able to pick up a stand at decent merchants mate or a good power tool shop
i agree with the lads about the drill refinas best but dear + service costs , if the twister drill lasts a year and you can put a decent whisk on it without burning out youve done well ;)
