What Render Finish Is This?

Hi everyone,

I'm new to this forum, can someone tell me what type of render finish is this? In places paint peeling off and under the paint really week powder like coating. Thank you for your attention.

It’s old roughcast take it off and get a Renderer in to replace it

Old rough cast or pebble dash painted a lot

Rip it all off and start again.

Thank you for the advises. What are the cost affective options to obtain a similar look without re-render if the roughcast layer comes off easily and base render is still sound?
