We just moved to a rendered EPS clad home and it rained pretty hard recently.
We noticed that some parts of the external wall are damp and seem more wet than others which look fairly dry. Is this normal?
We dont have much experience with render so any advise will be greatly appreciated.
As you can see in photos, the edges of the wall and the window sill appear to be darker in color due to dampness.
