Is anyone spraying weber atm weve sprayed about 9 pallets and it keeps bridging in the hopper another gang had this too, using a monojet with a d4-2 its silver pearl. It seems to take in quickly too it been crap stuff to be honest

we got the same mate, its bridging like **** we are using g5 and d42, trying to change back to presto

Ive suggested going back to a twister but the firm were doing it for has a cupboard full or d4-2s and he supplies them to us for nowt. I might buy one of the cheapy ones and give it a whirl

What you have to do d*m**o is read all the post in the machine section then you will understand a little about machine talk.

been spraying loads of it recently with no problems using a d63 clamp water around 3 and back pressure around 25-30 bar on 25m of pipe , i have also used 35mm pipes which helped but what i found was best was dropping the water hose that goes into mixing zone down to the bottom hole

Good idea i never gave it a thought about the water In the bottom inlet might try an injector aswell. Not been too bad today got the lab to do a bag at a time instead of loading it right up

And Dom, not taking the piss, serious, with Kayak fishing you need specialised short rods, ime going out easter with my mate who has got a tandem out of Whitsable in Kent Bass fishing, cant wait.

is that silver pearl s**t mate?im rendering a house in oz with it next month only machine i can get hold of is a ritmo?biggest walls are only about 40m2 with windows taken out.does it scratch up nicely

I wouldnt like to comment on the stuff in Oz tbh it might be we just had a crap batch it scrapes the same, what do you do in oz get in on early doors before it gets hot? Theres a few lads on here use Ritmos for rendering thell know better than me mate

to be honest ive only used mono once did a 100m2 house out here by hand on my own!had to re-do a couple panels i scratched through the top coat and got these shiny circles,to much hard work was HOT too.worked in the UK for 6 yrs but mostly used multifinish.

im a kiwi bro:) worked in UK for 6yrs and plastered 5 houses in france.brought an Honda Africa Twin in leeds and just rode round for a while.ridden it round oz now and ended up in darwin.i use alot or webers OCR its good gear

kin ell was expecting you to say you emigrated lol fair play mate that's an interesting life ......sorry you've probably been asked this hundreds of times but how do youmdo it in the heat? Do you just try and keep out of the sun you lost must be day joint experts

the heats not to bad if you can work in it lol i did a 45m2 wall few weeks ago with OCR,was 3m high so i scrached it first and ruled it so was flat then let it dry for a few days.then came back and PVA'd it and put the 2nd coat on floatd and sponged took me 3hrs but it came out good.the start was bone dry when i got to the end
.got a fence at the end of a driveway on a farm to render tomorrow about 40m2 and theres no shade just brown grass and the weather forecast is 33deg lol early start plenty of water!

we sprayed last week, we dont really have problems with it and never had. use d63 clamp. it does build up in the hopper a bit but that shouldnt give any probelms until the end of the spray when you have to stop the machine and push it down a bit then spray the last half bag out.

weve had the same problem with it bulking up in the hopper the lab just pushes it down with a stick

hows it blones it says "good practice" on their site not to apply below 5deg or over 30deg or in direct sunlight but they use pral m in thailand russia and the UAE so i guess it just covers their back if anything goes wrong.how much is a ritmo in the UK and what they like for mono?
