Just hacking off a bungalow and half of it has been extended in the lightest blocks I've ever known and dashed over.
Dash is like bell metal and when hacking off, literally half the block is coming away. Carry on and the whole outer skin will need rebuilding.
Is it safe therefore to mono over the top of the dash where this is happening? Or do I tell the customer the outer skin of most of his house needs rebuilding?
