weber ocr

is weber ocr ok for using as a base coat for going over old render instead of knocking off with the mesh in it then acrylic or isthere another sort of base coat that goes on thin ie 6mm or so

cheers merlin once on and meshed up is it just spatted or does it need sponging or something ready to recieve the acrylic thanks

spat or sponge , doesnt matter ,long as its flat mate
