Hi i seen alot of rending/dashing going up just wondering if there any nice people out there will to take me and and show me the ropes as it somthing i would like to get into. Thanks in advance

Very seasonal is rendering. April start and ok up to November. Rain in between. Not as reliable as plastering.

Are you a plasterer?

Done 7 days so far this year and only 1 days work in hand until mid March.

I put 4 render beads up today and 3 stops, scratched them in, it was a full day for two of us, hard to believe, might float it Wednesday, the main bit is on a month, awaiting doors till now, every thing out of plumb , the work involved on 4 beads was silly stupid

Don't be so modest @Rigsby you are always quick to offer sound advice and certainly helped me in my modern render questions and queries! A big credit to the forum :RpS_thumbup:

I am still learning. Owls, The Blones, plasterjife to name a few advise me. Still getting my head around this Parex stuff?

I am wanting to know more about the sprayed bucket coats although it looks like it will be post April before I have an opportunity.

Did you get the ritmo rigsby? If so its sprays the acrylic well just make sure you get a compressor with enough flow at a decent pressure

Tried using for the first yesterday. Got everything masked up and Ritmo primed then............realised I had a 10m hose from the mono jet and the airline has a Geka fitting, the Ritmo is a push fit. Damn! So a trip out to PFT to get the pipe modified.

Having another go first thing in the morning. See what happens.

If you are spraying Acrylic give me a shout and I will come down a have a butchers.
