Very high temperature render

I am sure you guys can help.

I have to find a rendering product that will withstand very high temperatures. It is to finish the outer layer of a wood burning oven. (Clay oven).


The surface already has fire clay but this has to be re-finished with a white or off white layer to help insulate it . The oven gets up to 1200 degrees, and I have tried various options.


Any ideas ???????

Have you tried clay, or maybe some poo? Poo works in Africa and it's really hot there.
