Last time I asked around for tyrolean no-one stocked it H.......maybe that's why it aint showing, cos they don't keep any:RpS_thumbup:

Only wanted 1 bag and was told I had to order a palletful:-0

Still don't know the price though...........

I need to top off render with a 6 mm top coat of something cream in colour any idea's.

webber do the tyrolean my problem is when you live in a one horse town if you want anything it all has to be orderd in pissis me off. What happend was , that I have been rendring over old rendering and it did not go to plan . Meshed it yesterday and put the top coat on today , My problem started with it been windy today and warm , it dried the surface quick putting a crust on the surface but under this still soft. So in short the finishing was not what I wanted so I need to top coat over this rendering, just to make it a decent job.

Somthing i learnt in Spain work around the weather always work on the shady side, if your on the coast look out for the afternoon wind, etc.etc.etc.not trying to be a clever c**t but thats what you have to do.:RpS_thumbup:

tyro aint cheap mate some people are asking for aroun d £20/bag or more

if you had a supply account direct with a render manu u could be looking around 8ish

The problem for me is I do not use it a lot so I will not get discount what other get who use it all the time. And this leads me to the question if your a one man band when priceing mono jobs the price of the gear kills the job. If your on new new build the prics are built into the cost.

not sure what you mean about the built in rates on site and the material for a one man band, can you ellaborate more

Well I would have thought on new build there is a rate m2 for mono work . And the lads who are doing all the time will get a better dicount on gear then someone like myself, who will not use it all the time. With regards to private work rendering (mono) some will pay and others have no idea what the cost of labour and gear is for this work and when you tell them there jaw drops to the floor.

Yep what's pleasing to the eye kitchens ,bathrooms they will pay , I suppose sometimes rendering is an after thought
to some folk .
