Having recently had an exterior feature wall rendered in K-REND by a 'professional' the finished coat is 'lumpy and bumpy' and I want to hide this by applying a tyrolean finish using a flick gun and the same K-REND Silicone FT. Will I need to apply a coat of PVA before applying the K-REND and if so do I need to apply it while the PVA is still sticky?
Any tips regarding the use of the flick gun would be helpful .

NO!!!

Dodge pva. Use sbr or maybe krends own bonding primer R10. Their equivalent of parex's micro.

Why can't you remove the existing and recoat?
